How we handle your data.

Who we are

This website belongs to Novadians, a studio in India. When this page says "we", it means Novadians.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address if you give it, your message, the type of project and your budget range. We also see the country your request came from and the page you sent it from.

To stop spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser when you send the form. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites.

This website sets no cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to talk about your project. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Cloudflare Email Service sends your message to our inbox. If that email fails, the message stays in our Cloudflare logs for up to 7 days, so we can still reply. This website runs on Cloudflare's network.

How long we keep it

If your message does not turn into a project, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep what the project and the law need, such as invoices.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email hello@novadians.com.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
